Graphics Buggy? Or do only I have thhese Issue?

Trying to join the first Time and downloaded all the Mods. But during Character Creation only Night elves and Dreney seem to work. And even they have Problem with their Ears. (Like pretty much all the other Characters.) Female Humans have Issues with her eyelashes and even get an Error (with client logging out) when I try to enter. Also not all Races seem to have skins. They simply dont Load at all. (or show the Bloodelf Race as Placeholder. Ork tauren and even Undead Skins do exist... but for Some Reason they werent the onces who have them. Instead the highelves get the Tauren Skins, the Worgen look like Orks, and the Broken got an actual Broken version of the Undead. Paladin Night elf seems Clickable, but it doesnt work. I assume you cant be a female Nightelf, but than why can I click it?

Also have played for 2 minutes... and well the Boars in the Nightelf starting area have green artifacts around them. Soo... jes I really would love to play on an erotic WoW Server, especially since Turtlewow is shutting down, but this seems to be a broken mess. Or is it an Error within my System? Did I install something wrong? If so, help would be much appreciated.
