I have been a bit confused about this topic . (Perhaps a sticky note should be in order for future users?)

In the few years the server has been up, has there been that big of a convo concerning the topic? I gather that there has been no move to Outland, and instead there are preparations for Northend.

The events in Outland and Northrend have already happened. Instead, Azerotica is a timeline that diverges after the War Against the Lich King without the Cataclysm occurring. We've already killed the Lich King and stuffed Illidan back in his cell. It's just... instead of Deathwing breaking the planet, things actually kind of settled down a little, at least in the terms of world-scale threats. I will absolutely need to do a sticky post overviewing things at some point soon though.

Alright, that makes sense.

We have a party of adventurers going down the bowls of Azeroth to 'take one for the team' and make certain that Deathwing is satisfied.

Oh no, Deathwing is dead here. That's why the Cataclysm hasn't happened. He died for real instead of faking his death after the Battle of Grim Batol during the Second War when Rhonin smashed the Demon Soul and the four other Aspects tore him apart.

yeah but that's not nearly as sexy as Deathwing getting fucked regularly to keep him from blowing up the whole world.
